For security reasons, it isn’t possible to change your username.
However, you can change the email address linked to your account:
- If you’re logged in, go to your profile’s personal information. You can change your email address using itsme or your current password.
- If you’re unable to log in, click “ Forgot your password or email address? ”, then identify yourself with itsme to choose a new email address and a new password.
In both cases, a validation link is sent to your new address. Click it to validate the address. A notification is also sent to your old address.
If these steps don’t work, or if you don’t have itsme and can’t log in, contact our customer service and provide your new email address, along with a photo of the front and back of your ID card.
